Common Troubleshooting Steps
Before reaching out, try these three steps to resolve common issues:
Step 1: Refresh Gmail
Close your Gmail tab completely and reopen it. Gmail Add-ons sometimes need a fresh page load to appear or update. If you have multiple Gmail tabs open, close all of them and open just one.
Step 2: Check Your Add-on Panel
Look for the InboxPro icon in the right-side panel of your Gmail inbox. If you don't see the side panel, click the small arrow icon on the far right side of Gmail to expand it. If InboxPro does not appear, the add-on may need to be re-authorized — see Step 3.
Step 3: Re-authorize Permissions
Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, find InboxPro, and remove its access. Then return to Gmail and click the InboxPro icon to re-trigger the OAuth authorization flow. Follow the prompts to grant permissions again.
