InboxPro Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of InboxPro, a Gmail Add-on developed by James Salinas, operating as Salinas Digital Media. By purchasing or using InboxPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

1. What You Are Purchasing

InboxPro is a Gmail Add-on that uses artificial intelligence to help you compose email drafts, generate replies, and manage your inbox more efficiently. Your purchase includes:

• A one-time license to use InboxPro in your Gmail account
• A guided installation session (screen-share or remote) with James Salinas to set up InboxPro in your Google account
• Post-installation support via email

InboxPro is not a subscription. You pay once and receive lifetime access to the version installed at the time of purchase.

2. Installation & Delivery

After purchase, you will be contacted to schedule a guided installation session. During this session, James Salinas will install InboxPro into your Google account via Google Apps Script. The installation requires your active participation — you will need to grant OAuth permissions and follow on-screen instructions.

InboxPro is not delivered as a downloadable file or a traditional app store installation. It is deployed directly into your Google Workspace environment during the guided session.

3. Installation Guarantee & Refund Policy

Once InboxPro is successfully installed and confirmed working in your Gmail account, the sale is final. Because the product is a digital good that is fully delivered at the time of installation, we do not offer refunds after successful installation.

If you experience issues after installation, please contact us for support before requesting a refund. We are committed to making InboxPro work for you.

4. Permitted Use

Your InboxPro license is for personal or business use within a single Gmail account. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense InboxPro to any third party
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on InboxPro's code
• Share your installation with other users or install it on accounts not covered by your license
• Use InboxPro for any unlawful purpose, including sending spam, phishing, or fraudulent emails

5. Support

Post-installation support is provided via email at james@salinasdigitalmedia.com. Support includes help with troubleshooting issues related to InboxPro's functionality, answering questions about features, and addressing bugs or errors.

Support does not include general Gmail support, Google Workspace administration, or issues unrelated to InboxPro. We aim to respond to all support requests within 1–2 business days.

6. Updates & Modifications

Because InboxPro is deployed via Google Apps Script, updates can be applied directly to your installation. We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or maintain compatibility with Gmail and Google APIs. Updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Major feature additions or new versions may be offered as separate purchases.

7. Limitation of Liability

InboxPro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Salinas Digital Media does not warrant that InboxPro will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all email content or Google Workspace configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salinas Digital Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of InboxPro, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to InboxPro shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Third-Party Services

InboxPro relies on third-party services including Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Apps Script) and OpenAI. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by these third-party platforms. If a third-party service change breaks InboxPro functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to restore compatibility, but cannot guarantee a fix.

9. Termination

You may stop using InboxPro at any time by revoking its permissions in your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms, particularly the Permitted Use section.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of InboxPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
